The study session : Diversity Management in German and Swiss companies

We held the study session by Prof. Emiko Takeishi, Hosei University. She delivered presentation about the results of the case analysis of the interview survey on the status of personnel management in German and Swiss companies, based on the diversity of employment systems of European companies. The introduction of job-type employment is also considered in Japan, and there are many points that will be helpful in the future such as the roles of Personnel department and Managers, and a lively question and answer session was held with the participants.
