The study session :Mid-career recruitment of women from the perspective of the [hello-work – The Public Employment Security Office]

We invited Reiko Suzuki from the Employment Security Division, Employment Security Department, Tokyo Labor Bureau to hold a study session. She talked about the changes in the employment situation from 2020 to 2021 which was affected by the Corona disaster, the characteristics of mid-career hiring of women, and the efforts of the human resources security support project. In addition, Mr. Koizumi and Mr. Tanaka – General Managers of Ikebukuro Hello Work explained the status of career counseling at the Mothers Corner in Ikebukuro Hello Work, cases report, and efforts of online counseling. There were many positive opinions about mid-career hiring of women and re-employment of women.
