The study session :Running Diversity and Human resource management

We held study session by Prof. Tateishi Emiko, Hosei University. She introduced the analysis results of two recent surveys on the impact of diversity management on the workplace in a company and the mechanism of employee-autonomous career support. In the question and answer session, the relationship with the Japanese human resource system was discussed. There was a various opinion with many participants.
